CNY Reunion Lunch at Jimmy's place on 01Feb12
The CNY Reunion Lunch was held at Jimmy's place on 01 February 2012 Wednesday. There were 14 of us, Betty, Jessie, Karen, Lynn, Peggy, Polly, Violet, Davy, Edward, George, Jimmy, Lionel, Ow & Tommy. It was also wonderful to have Mok Wah & her grandson, little Corey joining us in the later afternoon. Such a pity that Linda & Lawrence were away in Cebu.
It was pot luck & the food were great like Yusheng, Curry Chicken, Bee Hoon, Chap Chye, Ngoh Hiang, Sioh Bak, Scallops with Broccoli/Cauliflowers, Kueh Pie Tee, and Sambal Tibun followed by delicious Yam Agar Agar, Nyonya Kueh Kueh, Onde Onde & home made chilled Cheese Cake.
It was a great fellowship too, especially for Mok Wah, Jessie, Davy & George who were MIA (Missing in action) for quite some time. A few of us stayed back to experience the alfresco styled high tea in the cosy corner of Jimmy's garden of Eden. We had a good chat & even planned for our next get together.
The group would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Jimmy for the open house.
